Description
LIGHTWEIGHT CAST IRON DUTCH OVEN, 7 QT: The GSI Outdoors Guidecast 7 Qt Dutch Oven is a lightweight cast iron cooking vessel built for feeding a larger group at camp, delivering traditional Dutch oven performance without the extra heft.
25-40% LIGHTER CAST IRON: Engineered to weigh significantly less than conventional cast iron Dutch ovens, this 7 Qt model measures 13.2 x 13.2 x 7.2 inches and weighs about 12 lbs., making it easier to carry to camp.
CORROSION-RESISTANT NITRIDED FINISH: A nitrided surface treatment helps prevent rust and corrosion, keeping the cast iron performing well trip after trip.
COOKS ON ANY SURFACE: The polished interior and exterior bottom perform on campfires, coals, stovetops, and even induction stoves; a trivet stand is included for stable campfire cooking. Hand wash with warm water and coarse salt or baking soda, and never submerge a hot pan in water.
